What To Cook This Weekend!

It's a bit fussy, but if you want a cooking project this weekend, we suggest you take on gougères. Gougères are a marvelous, cheesy and savory pastry made from a pâte à choux base. But please, only attempt this if you have a bottle of Domaine Bachelier Chablis on hand ready to take on this glorious pairing. Chablis' crunchy, nervy and saline qualities (who knew, Chardonnay?!) will absolutely make sense when you have a rich, cheesy puff alongside for accompaniment.  This recipe will take you through the process step by step.
